Scheduling Your Appoinment

We respect your time and always make every effort to remain on schedule. For this reason, we schedule only one person at a time. This allows the doctor to provide personalized care. We have set this time aside exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly give us 24-hour notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give your canceled appointed time to another patient in need of care.

Your Concerns About Office Cleanliness
and Infection Control

Sterilization is our top priority. All handpieces (drills) and instruments are heat sterilized. As many disposable items are used as possible. As the members of our commited staff have families also, we look on sterilization as a personal as well as professional endeavor. You can be assured that office cleanliness and infection control are our top priority.

Financial Policy: Payment & Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit your dental insurance claims. As with most service oriented businesses, we request payment at the time of treatment for the portion of service not covered by insurance. This can range from 0-100% depending on your insurance policy. Many insurance companies reimburse professional fees on a complicated fee averaging basis. Your insurance company will use average fees from a wide geographic area. They fail to take into consideration location, training, and experience of your doctor. This system may or may not be representative of fees in the Austin area. Because of this, our fees may be above or below the "usual and customary" fee provided to you by your insurance company. This may have an effect on the amount of co-pay you will be obligated for. This sounds confusing because it is confusing. However, our staff is very experienced with insurance matters and can answer any questions you may have.

Our dental hygienist brings to our office 17 years of knowledge and experience. She can assist and direct you in maintaining and keeping your teeth and gums in the healthiest possible condition.
